What is the difference between NMN and NAD+?
NMN is a precursor your body uses to make NAD+. Our Liposomal NAD+ with trans-resveratrol delivers NAD+ more directly. Many people take both together as one daily routine, which is what the bundle is for.
Why liposomal instead of a standard capsule?
A standard capsule puts nothing between the active and stomach acid. The sunflower phospholipid shell is there to shield the active ingredients through the stomach, which is the reason the range is liposomal at all.
How and when should I take it?
With water, ideally in the morning. NMN is two capsules a day, ideally on an empty stomach, so a bottle lasts 30 days. NAD+ is one or two capsules a day, so a bottle lasts 30 to 60 days.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. Both formulas are vegan, halal suitable, and free from soy and GMO ingredients.
