Your body converts NMN into NAD+. The NAD+ formula supplies it more directly, alongside trans-resveratrol. Running both is one routine rather than a choice between two. On the full serving of each, two capsules daily, the two bottles start and finish together.

How to take it
Two capsules of each, daily, with water.
Ideally in the morning. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, so on the full serving of both you get 30 days. NAD+ can also be taken at one capsule a day, in which case that bottle lasts 60 days and the NMN runs out first.

Liposomal NMN 500mg, ingredients: β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, liposomal phospholipid, non GMO sunflower lecithin. Other ingredients: phospholipids, starch, silica, plant cellulose. Vegetarian capsule shell made from plant cellulose. Contains no milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, soy, shellfish or tree nuts, and no GMO ingredients.
Liposomal NAD+ 800mg, ingredients: Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide 800mg and trans-resveratrol 200mg, together inside one liposomal phospholipid shell, with non GMO sunflower lecithin. Other ingredients: phospholipids, starch, silica, plant cellulose. Vegetarian capsule shell made from plant cellulose. Contains no milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, soy, shellfish or tree nuts, and no GMO ingredients.
Directions: Two capsules of NMN, and one or two capsules of NAD+, a day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Questions
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. Vegan, halal suitable, and free from soy and GMO ingredients. The phospholipid shell is made from sunflower lecithin, not soy.
When will I notice something?
We will not put a number on that, because it would not be honest and it is not a claim we are allowed to make. What we can tell you is that this only does its job taken consistently, every day. That is what the bundle is for: both bottles arrive together and run out together, so the routine does not lapse. Subscribing takes 15% off every order, which is why we price it below the one off.
What if it is not for me?
Sealed and unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days. Opened bottles cannot, because it is a consumable. If anything arrives faulty or wrong we replace it and cover the return postage.
