Refund policy

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

Health and hygiene (opened products)

Our products are food supplements. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any product once its outer seal has been broken or the product has been opened, unless the product is faulty. This exclusion is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

Change of mind (unopened products)

If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused products in their original sealed condition within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first at sales@cellnaturals.co.uk to arrange your return. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund their price.

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@cellnaturals.co.uk with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage costs, at no charge to you. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of agreeing a refund for a faulty item. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
